Eligibility Criteria
Degree admissions take place through online process regulated by ‘Degree Online Services’, Telangana (DOST).
Process for Online Admission:
- Link your mobile number with your Aadhaar number, name, gender and date of birth as per SSC/Intermediate Certificate, well in advance.
- Visit https://dost.cgg.gov.in
- You have to pay Rs.200/- online to register on DOST
- One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your Aadhaar linked mobile number. Once you receive OTP, login for further registration process.
- DOST ID will be generated based on your hall ticket and this will be valid and referred to till the process of admission is completed.
- The admissions will be made in three or four phases.

Essential Documents required for Admissions:
- Aadhaar number
- Mobile Number linked to Aadhaar number
- Colour photograph
- Caste Certificate (with CND number and sub-caste), if applicable
- Income Certificate, on or after 01-01-2018
- Games and Sports Certificate, if applicable
- C.C. Certificate, if applicable
- Extra Curricular Certificate, if applicable
- Physically Handicapped Certificate, if applicable
- Ex-Service Men Certificates, if applicable
These certificates should be kept ready.
Attendance
Every student is required to put in a minimum 75% attendance in order to appear for the University examination. Shortage of attendance to the extent of 10% will be condoned by the university on medical grounds and on the payment of the prescribed fee of Rs. 500/- If any candidate does not put in required attendance he/she will not be permitted to appear for the examination.
Discipline
- Students should be regular in their class work and should conduct themselves in a disciplined manner. They should abide by the rules of discipline and conduct as required by the institution.
- Students shall confine themselves to classrooms and laboratories during class hours. Silence shall be observed while inside the building.
- No student shall enter or leave the classroom without the permission of the teacher.
- Cell Phones and Camera Phones are strictly prohibited within the campus.
- Students should follow Dress code and should wear I.D. Cards in the campus.
- Students shall inform without fail any changes in the address and phone numbers of their parents/guardians in the administrative office of the institute, in writing.
- The Institute has a right to contact the parents/guardians regarding the disciplinary issues and academic performance of their wards. Parent is required to visit the institute whenever requested by the Principal of the Institute.
