Faculty Development Program:
- Ms. M. Anuradha, Lecturer in Commerce attended a two day National level FDP from 28-08-2024 to 29-08-2024 on “AI tools for Educators” conducted by St. Mary’s College, Yousufguda, Hyderabad.
- On 29-06-2024 FDP was conducted for faculty members on ‘SPSS Software’. Resource
person was Dr. K. S. Harish, Program Chair-PGDM Business Analytics from Siva Sivani
Institute of Management. 22 faculty members were participated in the FDP. Faculty from
other colleges also attended the FDP.
- Ms. Sandhya, Telugu faculty, attended a three day Telugu Literary Congress, from 15th to 17th Feb., conducted by the Telugu Dept. of Osmania University.
- Ms. M. Anuradha, Commerce faculty attended departmental conference on 20-02-2024.
- Ms. N. Durga Jaisham, Lecturer in English published a paper on the topic “Changing Role of Traditional Teacher to Technophile – With the Help of ICT Tools” and attended and international Conference on “Emerging Practices in Teaching-Learning of English Language Literature: A Journey from Theory to Praxis” at City College on 06-02-2024.
- Dr. N. Aruna, Principal, Co-Authored a paper tilled “An assessment of the potential effects of Covid -19 on the Indian Economy: Implications for GDP Growth, Employment, Trade & Sectoral performance” and was published in Journal of Research Administration, society of Research Administrators International indexed by Scopus. ISSN:1539-1590/E-ISSN:2573-7104, Volume 5. No2 (2023) Pg 2298-2310.
- N. Aruna, Principal and Dr. T. Rama, Vice- Principal, attended workshop on Presencing: An Odyssey towards Future Envision of Vignana Jyothi on organised by CPADT, VNRVJIET on 27th& 28th December 2023.
- Ms. G. Baby Vijaya Lakshmi, Ms. K. Mary, Mr. Prashant Pandey, Ms. R S Sandhya, Ms. N. Durga Jaisham and Ms. M S Rachana presented Faculty Research Development Activity on 30-12-2023.
- ·Mr. Prashant Pandey, attended National Conference on “Navigating the Future With ESG” on 25-01-2024 at Shivasivani Institute of Mangement, Kompally.
- Ms. G. Baby Vijaya Lakshmi, Published a Research paper in Multidisciplinary edited book titled “Contemporary Research”, in ISBN: 978-93-91773-79-3, Shree Siddhivinayak Global Publication.
- Mr. Satish Kumar, Mathematics faculty, made a presentation on the topic, ‘How Maths is used in our Daily Life’, to the entire faculty on 07-10-2023
- Principal Dr. Aruna conducted a workshop on filing IT Returns for all the faculty on 27-07-2023.
- Ms. Rachana, faculty from the B.Com Dept. made a presentation to the other members on TED Talks- How to prepare for them on 27-07-2023.
- Ms. Jahnavi, faculty, Commerce Dept. made a presentation on the Basics of Income Tax for all the other members of the faculty. Ms. Sandhya Telugu faculty wrote the summary of the song sent by our Director Dr. Vijaya Prasad and read it out for everyone on 28-07-2023.
